Technical Skill is the mastery of complexity, while Creativity is the master of presence of mind.
This is a famous paper written for an Oxford philosophy exam, normally requiring an eight page essay answer and expected to be backed up with source material, quotes and analytical reasoning. This guy wrote the below answer and topped the exam!

सुविचार ही माणसाच्या आयुष्यातली सगळ्यात मोठी शक्ती आहे.

ज्या माणसांकडे विचारांचा भक्कम पाया नाही त्या माणसांच्या आयुष्याची इमारत
उभीच राहू शकत नाही. आणि यदाकदाचित समजा, ती उभी राहिलीच तरी ती भक्कम असेलच
असं आपण ठामपणे म्हणू शकत नाही.

जीवनात, सुखाचे, दु:खाचे, यशाचे, अपयशाचे, आशेचे, निराशेचे असे अनेक प्रसंग
येतात. पण विचारांचा भक्कम पाया असणारी माणसं कुठल्याही प्रसंगी ठामपणे उभी
राहतात.

आपल्या भौतिक गरजा मर्यादीत ठेवून ध्येयपूर्तीसाठी धडपडणं अयोग्य नाही. पण असं
धडपडूनही अपेक्षित यश लाभलं नाही तर नियती देईल ते आनंदान स्विकारता यायला हवं.

आयुष्यात कुटुंब, कामाचं ठिकाण, नातेवाईक, समाज अशा अनेक ठिकाणी संकटं येतात.
संकटं टाळता येणं शक्य नाही, पण...

पण, दु:ख टाळता येणं शक्य आहे. एखाद्या घटनेकडे पाहण्याची आपली दृष्टी बदलता
येते आणि तीच ताकद विचारांमध्ये असते.

कारण कोणत्याही कृतीच्या मुळाशी एक माणूस म्हणूश यशस्वी जीवन जगू पाहणाऱ्या
प्रत्येकाने हे वाचायला हवं... नव्हे, अगदी १००% आचरणात आणायला हवं !

After sleeping through a hundred million centuries we have finally opened our eyes on a sumptuous planet, sparkling with colour, bountiful with life. Within decades we must close our eyes again. Isn't it a noble, an enlightened way of spending our brief time in the sun, to work at understanding the universe and how we have come to wake up in it? This is how I answer when I am asked -- as I am surprisingly often -- why I bother to get up in the mornings. To put it the other way round, isn't it sad to go to your grave without ever wondering why you were born? Who, with such a thought, would not spring from bed, eager to resume discovering the world and rejoicing to be a part of it?
